In fightan, she hasn't really had alternate outfits. Especially if you don't count the habit as its an ending thing in DS3, and a intro animation in MvC2.
She has gotten a couple in Teppen(?) but my mind goes back to this little bikini from CrossEdge. Its simple, cute, and the green compliments her eyes.
Game had a few other costumes, they made a big deal about them in a cutscene introducing the feature, but I don't think they did anything but change stats a little and the character menu art.
But, was also a belly dancer one similar to Shantae's outfit.

Would be nice for the series to be revived, but modern Capcom is in a bad spot.
