If you mean specific knowledge of bones, muscles, insertion points, etc., there's no way around studying from books/videos. If you mean morphology as in the forms defining the body, I think cross contouring pictures of defined bodies is useful (I believe Proko's anatomy course recommends it), also having those little scultures of the bodies with half skin half bare muscle can be useful to check if you have concrete doubts. Touching your own body helps too, heh
