I mean Centos is technically a captain in the Ultramarines, but he has no lore and his original model wasn't faction specific in the first place. The only thing visibly Ultramarines about him is the banners molded into his armor, but we've also seen that sort of thing outside Ultramarines so I don't really count it. I have one and run it as a Captain in my Black Templars.
