I don't know why people think this is a Trump thing, the policies and information used to arrest him was all gather under Biden and Obama. You can be labelled a criminal for wearing a hat in the US with a sports team, I am not even joking.
I got labelled an White Supremacist in some databases and an LGBT person in others after talking to some friends who were cops, they looked it up for me, but just typing opinions or browsing links on the internet has had me flagged under some many lists that it's not even sensible anymore.
