6'4" 500 lbs. I am only interested in hearing from anyone who has lost 200 or 300 lbs. Starting from 400, 500. How much weight can I reasonably lose in a month and how in terms of calorie count and exercise? I am capable of walking an hour a day and can track calories.

Please only people who had starting weights in the high 300s, 400s, 500s, and who got down to mid to low 200s.
