If you eat 3000kcal of actual food you will gain 1lb assuming your natural metabolic burn rate is 0.
If you eat 3000kcal of anything your body can properly digest and absorb you will gain 1lb assuming your natural metabolic burn rate is 0.

1lb of fat 3000 calories. Somehow someway you must have a calorie deficit of 3000 in order to make this 1lb of fat go away. It doesn't matter what you eat. You still have to lose the 3000 calories somewhere.
