I just used big uns, boyz and boars. I get they were not suoer elites but even when I rammed into the enemy unit, I didn't do as much.

For context, if my chaos knights rammed something, 90% of the time, it's losing chunks of bodies. Granted the biar boyz 5 vs 9 knocked the cathay lancers to 4 before breaking but still.
