Maybe she'd refuse to date humans at all, no matter how much she liked the guy/girl asking her out, because she wouldn't want to stay young forever and watch them grow old and die

She's a good girl but she can be a bit of a coward sometimes, she may just need to understand that it's better to have loved and lost than to have never loved at all
