It would be extremely simple to kill black culture as it stands today and to reshape it, same as with others today: Promote and subsidize behavior centered around orderliness, temperance, athleticism, and masculinity. Re-direct and subsidize those who display positive traits centered around self-sufficiency, strength, and virtue. Make no mistake, those in power who control the levers of propaganda could easily redirect media to push for behaviors which would both grow us as a people and a nation: It is suppressed, purposely, to atomize modern society (not just western peoples) to ensure ease of control.
This will never change. In your lifetime or your children. Make peace with it, and once you've decided to build a family isolate yourself from modern society insofar as technology is concerned. Homeschool. Teach them skills they need yourself, do not rely on others you do not personally know and vet. That is the only way to build a community which can capably flourish today. Ironic, yes, but necessary. Do not expose the naive and innocent to the horrors you witness, they do not have the wherewithal you've built up over the years. Be smart, you do not have the benefit of letting things go as previous generations did. Do not treat breeding flippantly, I am not remotely sarcastic when I say our children will decide the fate of our world.
