Frankly, for a game like mahvel do you think there's an actual way to fairly assign teams, considering players are not separated by roles, you can have as many type of roles in a group, you can go up one whole rank or two with just few hours of gameplay on top of the fact that you also gain more than you lose on average (aka people who play 100h and have shit win rate like 45% are still climbing)?
