Beats me. UI isn't a specific type of power like Hakai, it's a fighting style. So how do you shut down an entire fighting style like it while also somehow not being immune to punches and kicks? Because at its core, UI allows you to attack and dodge without thinking, so shutting it down at all makes no sense.

Considering it "only" shuts down hakai, god ki, and UI, it's more like the Hera race are immune to anything introduced in DBS... He had a long rant about Future Trunks arc where he posted pic related too.
