right now my diet consists of eating 200g of chicken once daily with a couple of fruits mixed in (usually 1 banana and 1 orange, sometimes some other ones) alongside taking the following supplements:
2x fish oil
1x iodine
1x one of pic related
the idea of taking a potassium supplement lowkey freaks me out because that can cause like heart arrhythmia if you fuck up the dosage, right? but i definitely don't reach my daily suggested potassium otherwise so i may need to get on it. also definitely going to invest in a collagen supplement

i'm looking into getting some retatrutide now, but what's nf? will reta also help with a chubby face? I have a very bloated face compared to the rest of my body (which now that i think about it a potassium deficiency could also be at fault for)
