The reason why ghettos like Detroit have been experiencing population declines is because more and more Black Americans have moved on up into the middle and upper class than ever

Poor white people throughout small towns in Iowa or West Virginia get their SNAP benefits from very smart black taxpayers who actually make a genuine contribution to the society around them

In my city's upper middle class and affluent neighborhoods alone, I've seen numerous successful black families.
