Because I do not want to hear about happy weddings for random people I don't know.
Vtubers don't want me to be a "parasocial incel" or whatever, so unless they want to pretend to be my GF/friend, why would I want to hear about them dating, marrying, etc? It's like celebrity marriages - do you want to hear about that going into watching a movie?
