Glowies are withholding the data, they've already slipped more info that they should have (Plasma coma, nickel with no iron and CO2 rich and the fact that it flies by the ecliptic plane and will visit all the planets Omuamua didn't get to visit), NASA detected and has been following this object since May, they know more than the public.
We'll have to wait for ESA and the Mars probes to take new pictures of it. That is, if they release the real data and just "It's comet lol XD nothing to see here".
