Debts to pay is probably the best bet for the 6:4 ratio. It begins with a short social interaction with Bargos, followed by exploration, combat, then a briefing social interaction. If you want more combat you can easily added in the mine with more traps and droids. You can even make the mines bigger with multiple floors if you want. It's not really much of a horror either, as it's just an abandoned building with corpses.
