Kinda sorta. Lucifer the angel is in the setting and is a major character. But he's not an evil guy. Evidently, God told him to rebel as part of His plan. His fallen angels fought heaven's angels in an orderly and friendly battle as they had no concept of murder or true violence. This lasted until Caine invented murder, which changed the war in heaven into a bloody genocide. Eventually the war ended with the fallen losing. Lucifer kept expecting God to intervene now that the war was over and announce His plan, but He didn't. Instead Michael and his archangels locked the fallen angels up in the Abyss. An eternal realm of nothing that after eons, all the fallen angels began to go mad and turn into actual demons. Lucifer himself was not imprisoned, and is never informed why.
So, the Satan persona isn't him really so much as his former generals who were imprisoned in the abyss and turned insane. His archdukes are the closest approximation to an actual Satan: Abaddon, Belial, Asmodeus, Azrael and Dagon.
