Closest I can extrapolate based off very basic research is that she's basically a shamaness Dragon girl, and a very important link on the chain of Japan's Imperial lineage since she's a stand-in for Tamayorihime no mikoto and canonically raised then fucked her sister's son with their 4th child being the first Emperor of legend.
