t300 unironically works on windows 98 and also works in nearly every game made since then and has the power and smoothness for ac drifting
there's nothing wrong with belt driven, it's the t300's brushless motor that makes the difference. the smoothness and reaction time of that over something like a g920 or t150 cannot be beat. plus, a smaller motor can react faster. not saying it does, just that in theory i'm willing to bet the t300 is better at reproducing fine detail than the moza because it's rotating assembly actually weighs less. stronger is not always better, especially if you don't know what you're doing.

it's better to buy a tm or logitech as your first wheel because they will give you the least amount of hassle. logitech has a great rma policy and tm makes very durable, nerf-gun-like products for the most part. they both have very widely compatible driver packages that will very rarely give you issues with any game you might play
the fancier wheels out there are more for the next step up, the kind of stuff moza makes is for people who want to climb iracing ladders or hotlap in the latest and most popular sims, it doesn't support any older games or non-simulation titles like need for speed.

if you just want to play exclusively new gt3s only no items spa-francorchamps esports kinda stuff get a moza
if you think you might want to play literally anything else ever buy a tm or logitech, preferably a tm t300
