Maybe this is a dumb question with too many variables, but how much fewer calories can I expect to burn through exercise by splitting it up into shorter bursts throughout the day, rather than a longer and continuous one? Half?
I ask because I have an annoying chronic headache that gets worse with both physical and mental stress. I can't exercise for long before I need to stop if I don't want my head to explode. So just as an example, if I were to split a 1 hour workout into six 10 minute ones spread evenly throughout the day, how much less effective would that be?
