I love people like you who think everyone in Japan is fine with that kind of content. That it's definitely the US' fault and not Japanese people and the even more censorship prone China and South Korea. Especially when it comes to manga that doesn't even get translated in the US. Like the recent Ruri no Houseki stuff, where people point out that after the beginning of the manga the fanservice basically goes away. That series isn't translated into English and nobody in the west even knew about it until the anime. But they still apparently had someone from the US in the publisher's office holding a gun to their heads and telling them to remove the panty shots.
