I tried capping stam for Kita and Brian too but the Kita I built initially lost more than the current one despite having over 1700 stam (she also didn't have Top Runner) and trying to inherit Ramonu's unique constantly while making sure my support chains finish on top of S aptitudes was way too much hassle, especially for Kita.
