So am I the only person that doesn't see all the tuning upgrades on the perk screen now? I can still access all the maximum upgrades from version 0.13 like the level 6 Engine when I go to purchase them, but now in the perk screen the Engine caps out at level 4. And other items that previously capped at level 4 are now capped at level 3.
I'm not sure if its a bug or intentional because I haven't seen any mention on Steam discussions or on plebbit
