On one hand Splinter usually has long fingernails and Bebop doesn't, on the other hand the pinkish hue and crude way of grabbing it feel a lot more like the pig thug than the cryptic sensei. Both are Black so I don't think that has much bearing on it unlike what the other guy said, and I feel like Splinter's only Black to work with Leo's 5c.
Either way the point is that it's not AI considering the artist in question is a traditional artist who's been doing stuff for MtG and D&D since well before AI shit was a thing, his portfolio is here >>96726376 and he's credited with card art as far back as Commander 2021 and New Capenna.
