I love how if you manage to make the Gigantus drop its spear before it destroys the bridge it will then try to slap you so you can climb on it early with relative ease. It's my favorite way of dealing with the fight since if you halt its advance before it loses one of its arms, it will get rid of the two copy-pasted bosses in Unmoored World vs just one or even zero if you cheat with a medusa head or an unmaking arrow instead. I wasn't sure if I could do this on NG since it looks like you must destroy the crystal on its hand with one clean shot, otherwise it won't drop the spear, but level 40 + heavenly shot worked just fine
