Is it possible to solo Bitterblack Maze on Dogma Rising? everyone else in my group quit the game except me, I'm level 64 and doing the (really boring) story in Zandora. I haven't lost interest yet because this is stuff I'd have liked to play in Dark Arisen, just with some grind stapled to it.
I want to go back there but it has a lot of bullshit in it, specifically the boss that drops corruption clouds and can't be safely mounted, that I feel is designed specifically for 4 separate people to trade hits and rescue eachother.

Just realized it's probably not an area that can get pawns in, so it'd be just me instead of 3 companions trying their best. So I guess not, but I'm sure these dragon trinkets are decent enough slot fillers on their own.

It's certainly doable solo, but you need to be playing as certain vocations to have an easy time, High Scepter is probably the easiest one to solo BBM with.

Yeah, that's basically it, either git gud and don't get infected in the first place or make sure you have friends that can help you cure the infection if it does happen.

5 years sounds about right for an AAA game, I bet they're gonna use Unreal Engine too, so we can expect bad performance, sub-par visuals and lotsa stuttering when that game comes out, let's hope the gameplay is good enough to make it worth playing.

I know DD2’s population is low so hires are low either way but does anyone know which level range and vocation give the best chance of your Pawn being hired? Current Pawn from launch is basically never hired because her level is way too high so I was planning on making a new character to experience some Pawn fun again. I was thinking something like a level 30 Thief should get a decent amount of hires but let me know if there’s a better combo

Speaking of levels, does using a mod that removes XP but keeps DCP result in a Rift ban? Low-er level DD2 is way more fun than high level DD2 so I was planning on staying there via a mod but if that gets me banned then there’s not really a reason to set up a new Pawn haha

can't speak to your first point, but I was using the 0xp mod for quite awhile before I stopped playing, during that time I still got hires just fine.
I've heard the rift ban only applies when you have stats that don't match your level which happens when you use a mod to de-level your pawn/arisen, but I've never seen/tried it myself.

On PC you can play with static levels and minimized exp forever without consequence.
On PS5 I feel like level 170+ is more viable to be hired, the Japanese twitterbase seems to be there or higher

I was guessing it would be something like either having to use low levels or super high levels to get somewhat consistent hires nowadays. Guess I’ll try low levels at first and if that doesn’t work I’ll try out higher levels. I wonder how big the population on PS5 is compared to PC, wish the game had cross-platform hires but alas

When recreating sliders did you need the 3 heads you select at the beginning or do you just need the base head in the slider settings? I don’t remember

afaik for humans it's not as important, but for beastren it is. there's an eyebrow crease for the cat-type face (not the lion-type face) that you can't seem to select/deselect without picking the right base head from the start
