The Discord announcement from a few days ago for those without a Discord account.

tl;dr Epoch is bleeding players so they plan on focusing on the cash shop and getting out new custom content. They also realize they fucked up bad by not communicating post-launch.

I do still hope Epoch succeeds even if it's not for me.
