Yeah, she's a cavalry unit from Thracia. It had a ton of indoor maps, so she was useless and thuis very obscure. You get her at the start of Book 7.
If you just slap an ELyn ring on her, she can stall Camilla at the start of the first turn, and then nuke Camilla on the second turn.
