Wood isn't the only one that debates them, but generally speaking people avoid doing so for various reasons:
1. Muslims aren't actually willing to change or be reasonable like Christians.
2. Muslims will lie (Taqiyya, picrel is part of a large BTFO series which you should 100% search for on 4plebs) to cover their asses. Wholehearted discussion and contribution of ideas is not allowed on Islam
3. Muslims will hunt down and kill people badmouthing them. I believe one of Wood's pals got killed for that reason

So at the end of the day people just don't care anymore. They make videos debunking Islam and move on. Discussion with mudslimes is simply not possible, not because they have good points but because they just won't listen.
