When he enter his enhanced state his speed is now only 60% of his BASE speed. Meaning he's very slow. (Speed boots are useless on him since it's only BASE speed.) He always has a fixed action value during his enhanced state.
Also, he yeets his teammates out of the field so they can't action advance his ass. Action value is what determines cycles on Moc and PF. Action value is also the counter that goes down in Apoc.
And finally his dmg is not that impressive because his meteor attacks get divided evenly by the number of enemies, so he's always cucked on PF because there's always 5 enemies.
