finally found "diet" noodles that don't actually suck
I tried the konjac based ones(those have texture of literal rubber) and pea/lentil flour based ones(once cooked they turned into pasta-shaped mush) before, but these pre-cooked udon noodles from Aldi actually have a texture of real noodles, or actually better than regular pre-cooked udon which is usually too soft
they use pea flour but also extra wheat gluten for the texture
the calories aren't that much lower than regular ones, but they have way better macros, some fiber too
great way to satisfy carb cravings
