Most of those on MDM are adding Centurion which is gonna make it way more expensive

My advice would be throw this together from the structure deck cards. Then do any of the following
1) If you want to throw some gems at this deck craft 1 Bystial Druiswurm to unlock the Dragon Kings from the Abyss Secret Pack and throw a few thousand gems in there. If you pull any Magnamhut, Dis Pater or Lubellion then you can throw them right in, plus any of the other SR Bystials you pull.
2) Otherwise use your gems on the Ash Blossom, Infinite Impermanence, Nibiru and Effect Veiler bundles
3) Any other URs you pull from 1) or 2) you can start dusting them to craft your Maxx C, your other 2 Ash Blossoms and Called By The Graves. These should be your priority for UR dust immediately. (you could also post your UR pulls here and ask first just to make sure you're not dusting anything really good)
4) Do the campaign code thing to get the free Branded structure deck and you can throw in Cosmic Cyclone/Dark Hole to your deck
5) Fill in any remaining deck space with Book of Moon, Forbidden Chalice, more SR Bystials+Branded Regained, Droll & Lock Bird, D.D. Crow, Skull Meister, Evenly Matched or any other budget staples (you might be low on SR dust too at first)
