try to watch a video on how to play raidraptors and see if you like it, you can do the same to see if you like the other structures too
Raidraptors and Red Dragon Archfiend are probably the 2 best structure decks right now, Ninja and Dragonmaid can probably be up there too

2 structure decks is 1k gems, so you can get whichever structures and use that to try and get more gems to get eventually get ryzeal or whatever other deck you wanna work towards

Yes. I think you get the whole deck with 2 copies of the structure deck and then you only need 2 UR crafts to finish the archetype.
I'd suggest looking up gameplay/combo videos on youtube though. It's a deck with long turns which you may not want to play.

He's right. If you need to draw a starter you should hold your Maxx C to make sure they don't pass on nothing. Especially if you're playing a bricky deck like Tenpai that doesn't have a high chance of topdecking one. Losing because you fully bricked is just as bad as losing because you fully bricked+they had Talents. But he even said that the guy continued to use hand traps anyway so was walking into the Talents regardless.
You shouldn't always be using your hand traps in the exact same way because you're afraid of one card.

Sure, if you're on a deck that plays barely enough starters the decision to shotgun maxx c and charmies depends on whether you have a starter or not. But if you have even 1 starter in hand then shotgunning is usually the correct choice. And for other lingering floodgates like Lancea waiting even for the opponent's first move in main is already too late sometimes

You should always be weighing the risk vs reward of holding a hand trap vs shotgunning it. The opponent maybe running talents, maybe drawing talents, and maybe then having Talents do something notable is an important consideration but not the only one.
If you have zero starters in hand then shotgunning Maxx C, playing into talents anyway with your other hand traps, and making sure you cannot draw off of Maxx C thanks to your other hand traps is clearly just thoughtless yes-clicking.

I just bought two red crimson structure decks. I geniuenly dont know how to build a deck. I cant follow a deck list because I dont have all the cards they do. I guess its just about finding out which ones suck and removing them, and adding the good ones? Do I give this a test in solo? I put in all the staples I got, 2 ash, 2 maxx c, 1 impermanence. I ran out of UR crafting materials.

Most of those on MDM are adding Centurion which is gonna make it way more expensive

My advice would be throw this together from the structure deck cards. Then do any of the following
1) If you want to throw some gems at this deck craft 1 Bystial Druiswurm to unlock the Dragon Kings from the Abyss Secret Pack and throw a few thousand gems in there. If you pull any Magnamhut, Dis Pater or Lubellion then you can throw them right in, plus any of the other SR Bystials you pull.
2) Otherwise use your gems on the Ash Blossom, Infinite Impermanence, Nibiru and Effect Veiler bundles
3) Any other URs you pull from 1) or 2) you can start dusting them to craft your Maxx C, your other 2 Ash Blossoms and Called By The Graves. These should be your priority for UR dust immediately. (you could also post your UR pulls here and ask first just to make sure you're not dusting anything really good)
4) Do the campaign code thing to get the free Branded structure deck and you can throw in Cosmic Cyclone/Dark Hole to your deck
5) Fill in any remaining deck space with Book of Moon, Forbidden Chalice, more SR Bystials+Branded Regained, Droll & Lock Bird, D.D. Crow, Skull Meister, Evenly Matched or any other budget staples (you might be low on SR dust too at first)

Pretty good vs Maliss and most other decks and a bit underwhelming vs Ryzeal. Obviously an instant win when drawn with Droplet in most cases. Really good to simplify the game state after baiting out omnis so I can immediately go for the lethal for Diamond Dispersion. I would keep the 1 copy even just as a Thrust target option. shotgunning depends on if you have Brilliant Fusion or not but I don't remember any instance I felt bad opening Raigeki, Maliss always has ways to put bodies on the field again and/or the Raigeki immediately traded with their Allied Code Talker. When I don't shotgun it usually clears their second wave of summons that has no protection snd catches them off guard. I wouldn't worry about th3 bodies because the only starters that care are Scatter Fusion (1 off) and Quartz (never resolving if they still have their board)

It's arguably better in every way for the purposes of what Ancient gear wants to do.

Regenesis grind game is absolutely crazy. It's funny to set up a mediocre board that the opponent plays through but stops them from going full combo, then they surrender in the end phase after realizing that every single one of your monsters is just adding itself back to hand to summon again next turn.
I've bricked completely on non-engine and had this trap completely carry me with its Foolish getting you free followup as cost for Book of Mooning the opponent every turn.
Then even if they cut off your resource loop by banishing, the spells and traps just have bonus effects to get them all back anyway.

I wish it had some more engine cards so you didn't have to supplement with additional stuff, but even then getting to use like Nadir or Lava Golems is fun too.

Nah, Ancient Gear doesn't need it to last the entire turn since it has other battle phase protection, and it doesn't give full effect protection, and not being a starter itself is a huge downside compared to Sangen. The GY effect is nice but doesn't matter all that often.

Hard to say. Shaddoll Fusion is crazy when you draw it, but running 2 bricks for 1 starter is a pretty big downside. And even in an OTK deck you'll have games where you fail the OTK and then draw another Shaddoll Fusion which you can't activate. Also the deck has few flex spots in the ED to go around so dedicating one to Construct probably means cutting a backup copy of Master Diamond or Phantom Quartz or a going first plan B card.

Those cards are why I think it's worth just searching what you want directly with Archfiend instead of trying to get max Value by searching Lord to search what you want or searching Regenesis(normal spell) to get what you want and have the spell in the GY. Regenesis is like if you took all the Generaider maindeck boss monsters, but instead of them being bricks they could summon from hand and also they had the recursion of Horus monsters without needing their continuous spell to survive.
The Regenesis maindeck guys all either search something or tribute themselves or another to do their quick effect, one has an omni, one a bounce, one a backrow removal and they all add themselves back to hand if they go to the GY during your opponent's turn.

So their combos are as simple as summon the one that searches to get the continuous trap or another monster, then summon whatever other monsters in hand, maybe after searching one with the spell or summon one from deck with the quickplay. That's it. Don't forget to set your trap.

I like them. They're bad against Ryzeal but are decent against Maliss as long as you aim them at something that's already used its summon from Banish effect or something like Link Decoder. Or just something they were going to use the banish effect of this turn anyway. They also make it easier to get Regenesis Lord from the GY since the only way to do that is by banishing it to add back with Archfiend. Not entirely convinced that Lubellion+Regained is worth it since the deck already has such good grind though. You can also get Regenesis Dragon with Magnumhut if you really want.
My only complaint is that Archfiend isn't a dark/light to tribute with Baldrake but I guess that's the tradeoff for it not being banishable by opponent's Bystials. Ecclesia+Fleur are lights though.

Maybe something like they have a boss monster which is a big link 2 spaceship that has to go in the middle monster zone, and points up diagonally then two link 1s that go in both EMZs and point forward which are its laser cannons.
