He's insanely niche and gimmick, except the gimmick requires massive overinvestment and sunk cost, and the output is basically on-par with existing dps far easier to build around...
It's like releasing DHIL AFTER Jingliu.
And even worse is his gimmick gets gigacucked by existing bosses, like unplayable into certain bosses. Sure you can generally do the other side with him in those cases, but it's still restrictive and inflexible.
He may as well be a giant brick with his edgelord OC donut steel light+day particle effects and body parts.
