I'll admit, that is one of the reason why I never use them. I mean never. Even when I confederate another Dookie and they have some, they're disbanded. Also part because they're particularly strong with kinda high upkeep, I rather stick with Sharts or other infantry and have higher upkeep for something else like SoS or fill up my BArks sooner. For a faction with such a high cool factor, Shades do let it down.
