Some teams can already be limited by cooldown rather than generation though it's by like half a second at worst.
They are both very strong with their own advantages. Grave has more damage on herself and helps lower burst gen teams while Ade gives bigger buffs to to who can't pierce.
Pretty funny that the last big Tetra release was fucking gutted to like 1/3rd of her originally announced power level and now we have Ade who might as well be a pilgrim.
