You will take a bit to catch up power-wise for something like Solo Raids, but it's doable since they are level fixed. Union Raids you will never catch up, but the rewards are nothing to write home about. Some collabs and skins are gone forever most likely. One of the biggest issues is that the story itself took almost a year to catch up for new players, but they are releasing an easy mode next month, so that probably won't be an issue anymore.
