third worlders like russia,china and iranians do not have the capability to hit a target like that. their tech is from the 1950s. very cheap but old. thats why its so hilarious that they claim to have "wonder weapon hypersonic aircraft carrier missiles" as a cope and a threat. yet NEVER use them . its because even if they do have them they wouldnt be able to hit a fast moving target like an aircraft carrier. they cant even hit individual stationary targets. they aim their missiles like american gunners aimed their howitzers in ww2.
