Come on anon, a context-less 30 seconds video with no audio doesn't give you direct insight into the brain of the people in it.
There have been many cases of soldiers thinking that enemy combatants are on their side, both in war in general, and in this war specifically (I'm sure you remember at least one or two). And it's no wonder, this war has been a total cluster fuck AND both sides use a mishmash of equipment from different countries (and different eras of warfare, in some cases). Besides the armbands and patches, it's impossible to tell who's on whose side. They often even speak the same language.
On the other hand, during this war there hasn't been much talk or evidence of people pretending to be an enemy combatant just to try and get within arm's reach of them. There's many cases of fake surrenders caught on camera, but 0 of anyone pretending to be an enemy soldier.
