My issue with it is gonna be that some champions will be better at WASD and others will be better on click to move so it'll be hard to adapt. Ezreal for instance I can't imagine working better on WASD desu, especially with how you have to position your cursor for your E. I'm not a doomer though, I'm excited to see how it turns out.
