I think I saw a few high ELO players saying the game is in the best balance it has ever been, but whenever I queue up, I encounter something rather not quite balanced almost every game. Fizz having kill threat at 1.5 items and 30 cs behind doesn't seem right, Diana only needing one item to power spike doesn't seem right, tanks having the same damage of an assassin but much more protection, ADCs that only need one kill from behind to flip the game (Jinx), combos that are more annoying than they require skill.
The case of Fizz, for example, someone would say I should've played better but if I put him at gold disadvantage, wouldn't it mean I played the laning phase correctly? Denying cs is a skill, and it matters nothing when he can just ult, dodge flash and ignite from behind.
