Apstrophes can be plural in the case of acronyms. You can also tell who was and who wasn't taught English primarily in a phonics class (in other words if they are a millennial or a zoomer) based on the conditions which they use an apostrophe for conditional plurality. But of course you wouldn't know about English orthography, it's quite alright.
