>The idea of "natural rights" is stupid. If your "natural rights" can be taken away by the state easily, then they were never natural to begin with.
The state "giving" us rights is a gentleman's agreement between the state and the people in order to maintain a society. Sure, they can literally come in and just shoot us all, but like in any situation, the second force is used by one side, then force WILL be used by all sides, and all bets are off the table and it just descends back into caveman anarchy. Since societies that use a "Government + People's rights" tend to create stronger tribes that are able to survive with higher numbers and invent better tools and strategy for overcoming issues and protecting against or attacking other tribes, it's overall better if we observe these rights than to resort back to a full Chaos-based society.
>In reality the legal system is highly corrupt
Every system no matter how massive or minor, malevolant or benign, will be gamed. Pointing out there is "corruption" is rather meaningless.
>We don't need research to see the results of pornography;
Well, we do actually. Even if it seems like it is intuitive and simple, that may not actually be the case and there could be other issues or causes, like the fact that our society is highly flooded with estrogen from a peculiarly high amount of it being flushed in the form of overabundant birth control hormones (the pill) being rampant in all water sources (What Alex Jones was talking about with "they're turning the frogs gay").
So until you can PROVE it, as much as that seems natural to me that porn would have those results, we don't know for sure and it's just an opinion that should be investigated.
