I think you're in the wrong thread, this isn't /crpg/. But if you want to make her white you can use a normal image editing tool (Photoshop) easily enough, facial features aside. I'm sure you can use other, unrestrained, AIs to do it as well. Check the AI image general on /b/ or other boards for advice/guides.
