Just start a conversation with her. Talk about something you have in common, classes, hobby you saw her do, anything you know she will answer with more than 2 words. After that, just casually continue the conversation. Repeat that a few more times and then ask for her number/IG. Continue to speak to her there and IRL. Invite her for a drink. Escalate slowly from there. Good luck, the first step is by far the hardest.

Practice as much as possible everyday. Find any YouTube tutorial and go at it. You'll be able to play any basic pop song in a few weeks. The technical stuff (sweeping, etc.) takes years of practice to do it cleanly though. Start slow, REALLY slow and don't up the BPM on your metronome until you can do it in your sleep.
