Yeah, but knowing what you need is a lot harder when you already practice moderation.
it requires regularly trying new things.
The problem?
a lot of things take months to fix in moderation.
Magnesium supplementation for reference takes decades to get bone levels back to normal.
Because homeostasis dictates that 99% of the supplement has to be fucking pissed out because it will cause toxicity if you don't.
However the body only promotes magnesium storage when your body is at an abundant range.
Hints why it can take decades to fix, some people will have to supplement for life.
The stupidest part?
Blood test will almost always show healthy magnesium levels (quite literally because the body is taking it all from your bones to release into the blood stream).
And there is no way to check magnesium bone density. I just double checked to make sure.
So to continue with this.
Vitamin D requires magnesium to activate and most people are mildly deficient in vitamin D.
So what does the doctor do?
Tell you to supplement vitamin D, which if you are magnesium deficient (which most people are in their bones) guess what your body is going to use to activate the vitamin D you just supplemented?
Yes the magnesium.
Continuing with this.
Potassium also regularly shows deficient, what's bad about that?
Potassium supplementation does absolutely nothing because potassium instantly gets pissed out.
Instead it requires magnesium, which activates a recycling system within the body. This system reuptakes potassium.
it's been proven that supplementing magnesium moderately raises potassium levels.
So if you are potassium deficient (which most people are mildly) you are almost guaranteed magnesium deficient.
I can go on, but I think you are getting the point.
Modern (((science))) basically knows nothing about how the body actually functions in context of telling the general public real information.
