Fun fact: GFR formulas were changed a few years ago so that more niggers would get transplants. A 74 for a white guy ain't what it used to be.
Also, it's based purely on creatinine levels, which depending on supplements (especially creatine), GFR will be artificially lowered despite good kidney function.

Not creatine. Creatinine... and it's only high based on some very open loop assumptions about consumption of creatine. eGFR is a straight up single variable function of the creatinine concentration. This all comes down to weather his creatinine concentration is too high -- and without knowing what he was eating you just can't can't say that food side unless it's much much higher than this.

Agreed. He is obviously trying to make Pictures who say. "Look I look almost as young as my son". In reality he's just in kept up good for his age territory. Likely due to genetic blessing. Still I spot a little gray and lighter hair. My father who kept up well made it to almost 60 for that.

I doubt his supplements do very much for him. As soon as his age starts showing more, likely the mentioned 5 years his grift will be mostly over anyways. People care much more about "youth" than actually living long.

These are retards who are still mad at their parents and cannot handle any amount of freedom, spiritual or physical. They go insane, they get fat, they degenerate and throw their energy towards useless, stupid or evil ends.

You couldn't leave them in charge of anything because they're irresponsible idiots in need of a guiding light.

I am quietly fine without religion, living a quiet, productive life in balance with nature. I don't grudge anyone their beliefs, I just personally don't need weekly check ins to stay on the straight and narrow.

These edgy atheists would live better lives with religion, and they know it. I believe my way is best of all, it's just most people can't handle any level of freedom.

An "Aging expert" should realize the basic concept that exercise ages your body.

The longest living people, Okinawans, never go to the gym or do any cardio.

Anything that makes your heartrate go up is stress inducing and straining on the body.

You can't call it CKD stage anything without definitive proof of kidney injury. EGFR is estimated with Serium Crt which is measured in mg/dL. If Brian happened to be slightly dehydrated the concentration would increase and thereby reduce his EGFR. For an actual diagnosis you need to have something like a histiological study on his kidney to prove that he has some sort of damage to his kidney that can be connected to his reduced EGFR.

Yeah, but knowing what you need is a lot harder when you already practice moderation.
it requires regularly trying new things.

The problem?
a lot of things take months to fix in moderation.
Magnesium supplementation for reference takes decades to get bone levels back to normal.
Because homeostasis dictates that 99% of the supplement has to be fucking pissed out because it will cause toxicity if you don't.
However the body only promotes magnesium storage when your body is at an abundant range.
Hints why it can take decades to fix, some people will have to supplement for life.

The stupidest part?
Blood test will almost always show healthy magnesium levels (quite literally because the body is taking it all from your bones to release into the blood stream).
And there is no way to check magnesium bone density. I just double checked to make sure.

So to continue with this.
Vitamin D requires magnesium to activate and most people are mildly deficient in vitamin D.
So what does the doctor do?
Tell you to supplement vitamin D, which if you are magnesium deficient (which most people are in their bones) guess what your body is going to use to activate the vitamin D you just supplemented?
Yes the magnesium.

Continuing with this.
Potassium also regularly shows deficient, what's bad about that?
Potassium supplementation does absolutely nothing because potassium instantly gets pissed out.
Instead it requires magnesium, which activates a recycling system within the body. This system reuptakes potassium.
it's been proven that supplementing magnesium moderately raises potassium levels.
So if you are potassium deficient (which most people are mildly) you are almost guaranteed magnesium deficient.

I can go on, but I think you are getting the point.
Modern (((science))) basically knows nothing about how the body actually functions in context of telling the general public real information.

He did extreme calorie deficit for years because it's the number 1 thing proven to slower aging, it just makes you lose all your collagen and babyfat and you look like a skeleton.
Due to being poor as fuck in my 20s I lived mostly in slight calorie deficit for that decade, and even at 30 people thought I looked like I was in my early 20s when I asked them how old I was. I was just extremely lucky to not go super gaunt in the face and lose any face fat.
When I was able to start to eat in slight calorie excess, I hit the wall and my looks caught up to my age in 2-3 years.

>You don't seem to understand the difference between 4, one hour long exercises per week and full-time gym/marathon/olymphic preparations

I'm using athletes to illustrate that exercise (stress) ages you. Exercise is a spectrum, if you stress your body like an athlete, you're speedrunning the aging process. If you're exercising moderately, your still stressing your body, albeit not as much as as the athlete. Of course, the person who never exercises puts their body through the least stress, compared to any amount of exercise.

>also without exercising after certain age you're more likely to develop diabetes

Diabetes comes from a bad diet, none of the 100+ year old Japs eat a western, carb filled diet.

Being sedentary stresses the body in a number of ways and has negative impact on longevity, health, and quality of life.
>they will laugh in your face if you ask them if they ever went to the gym
There's a big outdoor fitness culture for old people in East Asia, lots of parks with workout space and equipment of various types and traditions. Now that indoor barbell-based weightlifting is catching on as an activity for normal people seeking to improve their health instead of just a sport for rural people seeking to stop being poor or a way for other athletes to gain an edge I wouldn't be surprised if we start to see more and more old orientals spending more time in the gym.

Where did I write that one should stay sedentary? Old Asians live a moderately active life, but what they all have in common is that they don't increase their heartrate through going to the gym or running. They go on short hikes or do different forms of stretching, no needless stress on the heart.

>There's a big outdoor fitness culture for old people in East Asia, lots of parks with workout space and equipment of various types and traditions.

Those traditions don't spike their heartrates the way intense exercise does.

You are now advocating for light exercise instead of no exercise. Any movement, even standing upright, raises one's heart rate. Cardiovascular exercise, incidentally, lowers one's resting heart rate. A hike isn't fundamentally different from a jog and calisthenics in the park aren't fundamentally different from calisthenics in the gym. You are on the right track and I encourage you to continue to research this.
>Those traditions don't spike their heartrates the way intense exercise does.
Those traditions include dynamic stone lifts and vigorous martial arts forms. Some of those movements slow down as the practitioners get older and less able but those are still the traditions that keep them healthy and mobile into old age.

99% of the people I've encountered peddling this line of thought with no interest in challenging it have been unhealthy sedentary shutins trying to cope with their own sloth by spinning it as a virtue; I've met a very tiny number of actual health-conscious people who bought into this and tried to keep their heartrates down with meditation and the like. Donald Trump also believes that exercise uses up your lifetime allotted heartbeats and he's not particularly known for his physical health.
>I'm sure you'll live as long as an Okinawan
My family members generally live into their late 90s and early 100s and all advocate some form of lifelong exercise. I'll be cutting, splitting, and stacking firewood with one of my grandfathers next weekend. A few weekends ago we dug a ditch and carried timbers and rocks together. He keeps very active both in terms of deliberate exercise and a generally physically active lifestyle.
>Okinawan who never stepped foot oot inside a gym.
Okinawan longevity has been linked to their physical activity; the dwindling of Okinawan longevity has been linked to a decline in physical activity. The automobile has been blamed for this change. Substituting deliberate exercise as a surrogate for pre-industrial lifestyle activities is a common remedy globally.
