True true typical bronies being autistic and thus afraid of change, regardless the reason. I'm sure it didn't help for most the main reason was money.

Ahh yes I remember now the "alicorn lore destruction" as if we had much to begin with. Were Luna and celestia born alicorns or was it thrust on them as well? Were they even born to begin with? And where is cadence even from? Being gods basically, having lived thousands of years, you can assume they've always been, but we've never really been told anything outside of non canon comic book shenanigans. I mainly remember people seething about flurry being able to fly at birth but twilight had to learn...this criticism is completely idiotic because if you know children they learn much faster with new things (books, video games, phones, internet etc.) than an adult would with said new thing. As they are built for learning things, and if you've spent your whole life not flying it's gonna be hard to unlearn some things and throw yourself into, especially with the anxiety and self doubt that's compounded by the fact we're ever so aware of our failures. Kids don't care, they might cry about a failure sure, but they get bored and wanna try again fast. The scepticism for her was definitely justifiable at the time...you know, hindsight is 20/20.
