Honestly, I really actually like her. The concept seemed trite, but actually keeping up with the backups, Joker comic, and her mini at the time, her use was oddly solid. Like some others said, she immediately kind of shrunk from being Harley 2.0 to her own thing, and has issues.
But the whole idea of her being a true devotee of the way people talk about Joker's philosophy (In comic and meta terms), even if he isn't always following it or doesn't quite get her, is interesting. Using that to apply a surprisingly insightful if lib-tinged depiction of social-media driven upset and extremism is even more interesting. Plus, the scenes with her being absolutely unhinged in prison were solid. In all, she fell off pretty quick, but I hope she sticks around, there's something in there to be done.
Also, solid design. Asian-American stacked Clown woman in mixed hosiery and leather/latex minidress, long boots, and vague gothery does more for me than I'd have imagined.
