Listen this is going to sound crazy but I actually used to be like 164, that shit sucked. I was waaaay worse, like, skeletal, especially for my height.
It’s only now that I’m actually giving a shit and keeping track of my calories, supplements etc that I’m putting on any size.
Makes me feel like a total penoose to know that had I just done those things from the get go I wouldn’t have been spinning my wheels for so long.
